Sky Vista is a 17-storey luxury residential construction project in Jumeirah Village Circle, developed by Peace Homes Development and co-designed with international recording artist Jason Derulo. Premier Class is handling overall construction, with the building limited to six residences per floor and each unit featuring Versace Ceramics, bespoke furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private balcony pool, and a dedicated home office.
Jason Derulo has personally purchased a residence and is building a fully equipped Hollywood-style recording studio within the building.
