The Process

Our extensive process starts by understanding customer needs and requirements. This process could go to Designing stage or Execution stage or
both.

After approval, our experienced architects start the process of designing the layout of the construction site. Our admins are in constant contact with the
clients for any updates on designs

Once the client agrees to move forward. the tailoring of design starts as soon as the client approves the quotation. & BOQ.

We have the capability to build in-house joinery at the construction sites. Should the client choose us for further steps, we are equipped with workers and experience from the engineers to get the work done

Once the site if fully furnished, we handover the property to the contracting company/owner. We also provide Maintenance services to various housing and commercial businesses. this is an ad-on service.
